New study finds link between Reishi and Lions Mane mushrooms can help with mental health disorders by improving gut health.

A new extensive study published in the Journal of Ethnopharmacology has shown that taking both Reishi mushroom (Ganoderma Lucidum) and Lions Mane mushroom (Hericium erinaceus) can improve the overall gut flora and microbiome which in-turn has a beneficial effect on various mental health disorders including anxiety and depression.
