Shipping Policy

All of our items are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48hr service (this is 48hrs from the date it is shipped by us). We had thought about using a cheaper courier service, however, history has taught us that using these "cheap courier" companies only leads to problems. Unfortunately, we have no control over Royal Mail and cannot guarantee that your order will arrive in exactly 48hrs, however if there is any delay please contact us asap so that we can hep you look into the problem.

Your items will be sent securely wrapped using eco-friendly cardboard boxes and void fill paper made from recycled materials.

Please allow us 2-3 business days to pick, pack and process your order. On the rare occasion that there is an issue with your order, we will seek to contact you asap to keep you updated.

Shipping costs are calculated by weight as per Royal Mail guidelines and will be automatically applied at the checkout for your convenience.

We ALWAYS get proof of postage from the Post Office when sending your order.
